Basic Vacuum Training:
An introduction to basic vacuum technology, theory and fundamentals, including but not limited to: gas behavior, conductance, fluid flow, vapor pressure, vacuum ranges, pumping principles, etc. Familiarization with the physical construction and operation of vane, scroll, mechanical, diffusion, cryogenic and turbo pumps. An introduction to practical vacuum system design concepts using accessory vacuum equipment such as valves, traps, flanges, feed-troughs, viewports, pumps, chamber, etc. Video demonstrations of many practical examples. This course will equip your technicians with the tools they need to troubleshoot vacuum system problems.
Basic Vacuum Measurement Course:
An introduction to basic vacuum technology gauge selection, design, principles of operation, theory and limits of technology. Familiarization with vacuum gauge construction and operation. An introduction to practical vacuum system design to optimize vacuum gauge performance. This course will equip your technicians with the tools they need to troubleshoot vacuum system problems.
Basic Vacuum Pump:
An introduction to basic vacuum pump technology. This course will include basic design, operation, and maintenance of wet and dry vacuum pumps used in the industry today. This course will equip your technicians with the tools they need to select the right vacuum pump and troubleshoot vacuum system problems.
Vacuum Pump Maintenance:
An introduction to basic vacuum pump maintenance. Practical guides of preventive maintenance to maximize pump operation and eliminate costly downtime.
Basic Leak Detection:
An introduction to basic helium leak detection technology. Theory and fundamentals of mass spectrometry. Familiarization with the physical construction, operation and maintenance of helium mass spectrometer leak detectors. An introduction to practical leak detection techniques. This course will include hands on experience using a helium mass spectrometer leak detector.
